Privacy policy

Yawar is a fitness app from Rawa Software Studio in Erbil, Kurdistan. This page explains what the app stores and why.

Information we store

• The name, phone number, or email you use to create an account, and a password.
• Memberships, class reservations, course enrollments, and shop orders you make.
• Progress photos, weight, and measurements you choose to log. Those stay on your account unless you publish a transformation.
• Messages you send in chat.
• A notification token for this phone, if you allow notifications.
• Your approximate location, only while you use the map to find a nearby gym, and only if you allow location.

Payments

This release does not charge a card inside the app. Memberships are paid at the gym. Shop orders are cash on delivery. The listed price is confirmed by the gym or the shop.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles. Gym and shop pins on the map are public places, not your private location history.

How long we keep it

We keep the account and its records while the account is open. You can ask us to delete the account on the delete account page. We then remove the profile, memberships, orders, messages, and photos tied to it, except a record we must keep for a legal claim.
